Finding God With US

Most fail to see GOD because they fail to look for  him.  Looking for God’s Supernatural Attributes are the key to finding him.  Readers of The Great Awakening see GOD, how he works, and his unbounded love for his creation in the miraculous success of Christianity in the first century AD.

The book begins with creation, which has been recently observed.  It dramatically shows GOD’s Omnipotence –  he is all-powerful, and nothing is beyond his ability or control.

Twenty-four years after Jesus’ resurrection, all twelve apostles journeyed throughout the world spreading the gospel, facing persecution and a martyr’s death.  But GOD was with them regardless of their dispersion thus showing his Omnipresence.  God is present throughout all creation enabling his purpose through our lives wherever we are located.

Thirty-four years after Jesus’ resurrection Satan had maneuver Nero into position and empower him to destroy Christianity.  Nero used the most vile and inhuman methods, but miraculously his persecution only strengthened the Christian movement.  When the Christian church was on the brink of extinction, GOD’s Omniscience – knowledge of past, present, and future events enabled success despite Satan’s best efforts.

When the emperor Domitian demanded to  be worshiped In AD 95, St. John refused and was exiled to the island of Patnos.  There, John received the book of Revelation which was God’s plan all along.  When Domitian was assassinated in 96 AD his successor granted amnesty to St. john who returned and died peacefully in Ephesus in AD 98.    St. John’s story shows God’s Immutability.  He is unchanging, His nature, promises, and purposes remain constant and unwavering.  God’s plan was achieved despite Satan’s all-out effort to prevent it.

In Summary:

The four key characteristics of God’s Supernatural Attributes, are all demonstrated by the success of Christianity in the first century AD.  If we look for them today, we will find God in our daily lives.
